We ate this famous and very delicious chicken dish from Andong called Andong Jjimdak during our last trip to Seoul. It is chicken braised in soy sauce, together with vegetables and Korean vermicelli (which is very chewy, and you might just choke on the vermicelli if you are not careful…). The flavours of this dish are very similar to Chinese-style cooking.
